Distribution Company
A distribution company had a substantial amount of equity in their building. The company was interested in converting the building equity into cash in order to buy a competitor. We arranged for a sale-leaseback which converted the equity of the building into cash.

A regional manufacturing company was in the process of growing and becoming a national company. The company wanted to ensure that their business plan was supported by a Strategic Real Estate Plan. We assisted the company with developing their Strategic Real Estate Plan that supported the company’s short and long-term business plan goals.
Multi-Family
The owner of a large multi-family was experiencing a constant high increase in the property operating costs. We developed and implemented a cost reduction plan that lowered the property operating costs.
